In the modern day world, the view of both the employee and the customer is that what is important about a business isn’t so much what it says it does but what it actually does. Lastly, get people involved and get them convinced it works. If your staff think the social recognition program is a gimmick, they will be less involved in it and ultimately, it won’t work.
